Our policy on bookings, cancellations, deposits, and refunds.
1. Overview

This Refund and Booking Policy governs all service bookings, reservations, and engagements arranged by Danao Group on behalf of its clients. By requesting or confirming a booking through Danao Group, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Danao Group, accompanied by any required deposit or full payment as specified. Verbal requests or preliminary enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and third-party provider acceptance.
3. Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount and terms will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation. Deposits serve to secure availability and initiate service coordination with our partners. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total service cost.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due according to the schedule outlined at the time of booking, which may vary depending on the nature of the service. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes, duties, or additional charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation by Client
Cancellation policies vary by service type and third-party provider terms. As a general framework, cancellations made more than thirty days before the service date may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees. Cancellations made between fourteen and thirty days prior may incur a cancellation fee of up to fifty per cent of the total service cost. Cancellations made fewer than fourteen days before the service date, or failure to attend without prior notice, may result in forfeiture of the full amount paid. Danao Group will make every reasonable effort to negotiate favourable cancellation terms with third-party providers; however, we cannot guarantee refunds where the provider’s own policies do not permit them.
6. Cancellation by Danao Group
In the unlikely event that Danao Group must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, we will offer the client a full refund or a suitable alternative arrangement. Where cancellation is caused by circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events, we will work with all parties to reach the most equitable resolution possible.
7. Modifications and Changes
Requests to modify a confirmed booking, including changes to dates, services, or participants, must be submitted in writing. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Danao Group will communicate any cost implications before proceeding with changes.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen to thirty business days from the date of approval, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refund amounts may be reduced by any applicable non-refundable deposits, administrative fees, or third-party charges already incurred. Danao Group will provide written confirmation of all refund decisions.
9. Force Majeure
Danao Group shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or severe weather events. In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Danao Group is not responsible for losses that would have been covered by adequate insurance.
11. Disputes
Any disputes relating to bookings or refunds should be directed to our client services team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving all matters promptly and professionally.
