Danao Group provides private lifestyle management, concierge, and advisory services to select clients worldwide. Our services are offered on a membership and bespoke engagement basis, subject to acceptance and availability.
3. Membership and Access
Membership to The Gold Standard is by application, referral, or invitation only. Danao Group reserves the sole and absolute right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at any time, without obligation to provide reason. Membership tiers, benefits, and associated fees are outlined during the onboarding process and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
4. Service Engagement
All services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability, third-party provider terms, and any applicable local regulations. Danao Group acts as an intermediary and lifestyle advisor. We coordinate and facilitate services through our vetted network of partners but do not directly provide travel, hospitality, or other third-party services unless expressly stated.
5. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests or applications, treat all Danao Group staff and service partners with respect and professionalism, honour financial commitments and payment schedules as agreed, and not misuse, redistribute, or commercially exploit any proprietary information or services provided by Danao Group.
6. Fees and Payment
Membership fees, service fees, and any associated costs will be communicated in advance and are payable according to the agreed terms. All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Danao Group and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Danao Group shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to such claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services.
9. Confidentiality
Client information is treated with the utmost discretion. Danao Group will not disclose client identities, service details, or personal information to any third party, except where required by law or necessary to fulfil a service request with the client’s consent.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the client relationship by providing written notice. Danao Group reserves the right to immediately terminate membership or service access in the event of a material breach of these terms, conduct that is deemed harmful to the reputation or operations of Danao Group, or non-payment of fees.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Danao Group operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
12. Amendments
Danao Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
